Kenzie is 5 and what better way to celebrate than with a Fairy Birthday Celebration!
Kenzie is 5! Dress by Sugar Plum Lane Baby Headband by Cuteheads
I must admit that I am a sucker for birthdays! I don’t know if is because of I am an only child, but I have always made birthdays a BIG deal so as you can imagine now with having kids, I carry on the tradition. I am also quite traditional in I am still a sucker for a good ole invitation, there is something about getting something in the mail and having a tangible invite. I absolutely love stationary and I always rely on my go to MInted.
One of my most favorite things about birthdays is sending our friends home with amazing gifts to thank them for coming out to celebrate. It is one of the details that I have the most fun working on. So this year was no exception, and being that Easter was the following day I loved the idea of sending the kids home with something that reminded them of Easter. Here was our favors for Kenzie’s family and friends party (yes she had two, I told you I make birthdays a big deal!), I am quite proud of gifts this year.

This year for Kenzie’s birthday we repeated what we did for Hutton’s Birthday and went for a art themed party with a FAIRY twist. We went back to Meri Cherry for a Fairy themed birthday, complete with fairy crowns, fairy potions, and fairy doors.
Flower crowns and flower designs by Mulberry and Moss
Each child was able to create their very own fairy potion, complete with food coloring, flower petals, citrus, leafs, glitter, baking soda, vinegar, and a lot of imagination, which made for a special treat that each and every child meticulously created. It was amazing to see even the youngest completely entranced by this activity.
Fairy Potions
And everyone got to take their fairy potion creations home!
Fairy doors and Troll doors from 15 Monkeys
I love the idea of Fairy Doors, we had Troll Doors as well. I love the imagination that it creates and allows them a portal to another world. We decided it would be fun to let each child decorate their door and create something special to invite their fairies and trolls into their house, because now their doors were each unique. The kids loved it and Kenzie has already put hers up in her room.
We had the most beautiful flower arrangements from our favorite florist Mulberry and Moss
I just love the twinkle lights. I have to admit, I am a sucker for flowers and can’t do a party without them. And Mulberry and Moss killed it as always.
This was the paint room where the kids could paint Kenzie’s Birthday Canvas and they also had a birthday cake they were all able to paint! This is always a favorite activity
It’s not a birthday party unless we have our favorite baker, POLKATOTS! It’s all about the ease of a cupcake cake, no knives required, plus you get multiple flavors which you can’t do in a cake.

It’s not a party without our favorite Rice Krispies treats and chocolate covered pretzels!
Happy Birthday Sweet Girl! We hope it is a memory you will never forget. We love you so very much and thank our lucky stars everyday that you chose us!
It was a truly magical day!
This guy was our little treat thief! No treat is safe if Hutton is around.
So happy to have my girl Christine and her sweet baby Georgia come and join us.
