So I have to be honest, I have not worked out in years. Honestly after Kenzie, my body bounced back pretty quickly but that was not the case after Hutton. I mean, to most people they think I look great, which is nice but let me be honest I hide it well under my clothes and honestly lately I haven’t been feeling great about myself. I feel weak and for my own health I need to get back in gear. So I have enlisted the help of my girlfriends to motivate me and help me get back in my groove. It is amazing how committing to my friends and to my health have created an immediate change in me. I have already worked out three times this week. I tried anti-gravity yoga, (which is awesome), Soul Cycle (I never knew my body could hurt like this) and then on Thursday we climbed a mountain. So yeah I am going to get back in shape, get healthy, and while doing so help my friends as well. I am so very grateful for my amazing friends that are on this journey with me, with their help we will all hold each other accountable and that is what makes the difference for me. So here’s to finding the motivation to get you healthy and the friends that help you along the way. What are your favorite ways to work out?

I an trying to get back into working out since having my son in July. I do not currently have a work out partner but wish I could convince someone to work out with me or just help keep each other motivated. One thing I am doing is trying Plexus. Gut health is so important to over all health and I am rrally hoping to helps too. I have already noticed some changes in how I feel!

I’m trying to trust God and know my body is his temple so thing to find ways that I can switch my thinking a bit. Focusing on inside and outside things that make me feel better. I love doing things for others and strangely enough that motivates me to keep healthy too. I have loved getting into lipsense and starting my business with that. Amazing what a little confidence on the outside will do too. All about simplicity and ease. U look great always someone I’ve greatly admired

I use Beachbody workouts and their shakes and track my eating and measurements weekly. I’m a mom of four babies, the last three have come 16 months in between them, so working out hasn’t been happening. Im making it happen now! And I’m feeling more self-confident, have more energy, and am feeling healthier!!!! Good luck on your fitness journey, mama! We are here for you!

I was running 5 miles a day and not seeing results. Then I am tried Pure Barre. Wow. I’ve been going regularly for almost 3 years. This is the best workout (I’m biased) to see results. Good luck in your journey!

Running is my favorite activity! I am a competitive distance runner and have a 3 year old myself. I run close to 60 miles a week and do a ton of core workouts too but still have a small baby pouch that I am not fond of. I actually weight more now that I did 1 week PP but I feel good and am preforming better, so I try to ignore the baby pouch.

You got this Bev!! Getting started is the hardest part. I just recently joined a gym and I always feel better when I leave. I’m not going to lie it’s quite often a struggle to make myself go sometimes but I’m glad I do. Good luck. You have a lot of people pulling for you.

GOOD FOR YOU! I’ve been on my health journey for a year now. My “baby” will be 10 next month and my goal is to reach my pre-pregnancy weight AND KEEP IT by his birthday! I love anything FUN for workouts. Beachbody workouts are my favorites and I’m a new coach!
SUPPORT IS KEY! I’ve tried working out without a support team and I fizzle out. My ALL TIME FAVORITE workout right now is Core de Force, MMA style rounds. INTENSE! I also join and run challenge groups monthly to keep me accountable!
Go Bev!

My “baby” will be 10 next month and I am LOVING Core de Force! It’s amazing. I’ve been a coach now for just over a month but been back on my journey to healthy for just over a year. Last year I lost 36 lbs! I’d love for you to check out my blog.

Check out my blog to see my struggles and successes. Working out at home is pretty much my only option as a single mom but I love my workouts! Core de Force by Beachbody is currently my favorite. I also really enjoy 21 Day Fix. You’ve gotta find what’s right for you. EATING right is key and SUPPORT! I’ve tried getting in shape before thinking I could do it on my own, it made a WORLD of a difference when I tried again years later with support. I’m a year plus of going strong!
