So as a mom, I have always been hesitant about giving the kids apple juice, because let’s be real, everyone loves apple juice but often times they are loaded with sugar. Right now my kids are HUGE water drinkers and I think that means I’m winning (at least in my book). But every once in a while (especially at birthday parties and school functions when they are out of my control) they get to experience the glory of the all mighty apple juice. I am definitely the mom that would try to water it down, though trying to pry the apple juice from their hands is like wrestling an alligator (and yes biting might be a part of the struggle). But now I am super stoked to have found Mott’s Sensibles, its a game changer! Mott’s Sensibles is 100% REAL juice with 30% less sugar. It’s made with REAL fruit juice, coconut water (which I love) and a splash of vegetable juice. Better yet, it tastes great and the kids love it. I don’t have to feel guilty and can let the kids drink their juice in peace, no wrestling needed. So you better believe I am the first to offer to bring the beverages to parties and school events, because I am all about the Mott’s Sensibles for my kids. Our family particularly loves the Apple Raspberry! We even included it as part of Kenzie’s 5th birthday party this last month.
Mott’s Sensibles has become a must have and I love that it’s easy to get at our local Walmart because, let’s be real, who has time to run ALL around town when planning a party? You want to go to your one-stop shop and Walmart always has just what you need.
So if you are having a fabulous spring picnic or kids birthday party (because OMG it’s like there is a birthday party every weekend) let me do you and the other parents a favor, and suggest making Mott’s Sensibles a part of your life. Check it out, you will thank me and so will the other parents for not sending their kids home hyped up on sugar (at least not from the apple juice). No guilt, no watering it down- just pure enjoyment!
What is your favorite spring time activity? And other must have’s for the perfect spring picnic? My kids love their fruit and are all about spending as much time outdoors as possible as we have recently begun having picnics and enjoying our beautiful California weather.
This guy seriously couldn’t get enough. After I gave him a little more, he told me “You’re the best mommy in the world.” I’m pretty sure he just wanted another glass, but I will take it! And yes, he got more of his favorite Mott’s Sensibles Apple Raspberry juice and I am so ok with it!
