One thing that I have learned through ALL the years is to make sure I take care of my skin and that starts with sunscreen. I know it seems simple but let’s be honest, how often do you walk out the door and your face is unprotected. It’s crazy! I know because I certainly have been guilty of it but now more than ever, I am making a conscious effort to be sure to always make sure the first layer of protection is on my face and that is my Olay Sun Face Sunscreen and Shine Control with SPF 35. It not only protects my face from those harmful rays (they cause premature aging and wrinkles, so let’s not be crazy, put on that sunscreen) but it also helps me with my shine and I love it as a base for my makeup. I love that it is not greasy and easily absorbs into my skin. It has become a part of my daily routine and now as we head into summer it is more important than ever, because summer time means more time outdoors and more time outside means more SUN. SO do yourself a favor and pick up Olay Sun Face Sunscreen and protect that beautiful face of yours!

Summer to me is the opposite. I am inside more because it is soooo HOT in the south. I live in North Carolina, we are in the middle of a heat wave. Here it is 75 degrees at 5 am. You have to get all of your outside activities done EARLY MORNING here. Our summer is May-November if we are lucky. I do wear sunscreen though. My question is does it melt off of your skin when you sweat. That is the problem I have with sunscreen. I might have to try this. I am glad to see that you are back to writing this blog. I love reading your articles. You need to write more when you can.
