Finding my SOUL!
I have an update on my new fitness journey, some amazing things happened once I committed to getting back in shape and I am excited to share. Getting back at it
So I have to be honest, I have not worked out in years. Honestly after Kenzie, my body bounced back pretty quickly but that was not the case after Hutton.
